Murano Resort Marrakech - Marrakesh

A hidden oasis with a beautiful garden and private swimming pool. The spacious room and large balcony offered direct access to the tranquil surroundings. The breakfast with msemen was delicious and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

The gardens and rooms were fantastic, Lots of swimming pools, fantastic lounge furniture and very relaxing atmosphere. Piped music through gardens added to the feeling of relaxation.

The attitude and lack of direction over staff was at times very disappointing. Lack of clear management led to a feeling of staff making up the rules as they went along which was unpleasant. Rooms not properly cleaned - again due to lack of any clear checks on work undertaken by staff. All food and drink excessively expensive.

The staff was amazing and super friendly. We were greeted with mint tea and felt welcome from the moment we walked in. Our room was perfect and it was a relaxing stay.

This lovely hotel is located in a quiet area of the city, but taxis were always available to take us into the city center. the room was spacious with a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. the staff was always happy to help with restaurant and taxi bookings, giving us great tips of where to go in the city. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the refreshing mint tea by the pool.

The bar service was a bit slow and the drinks were a little pricey.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel with amazing gardens, multiple swimming pools and great lounge furniture. The staff was cute and helpful. The breakfast had a decent variety and there was a good brunch concept on Sundays. it was easy to find transportation from this hotel to the city center.

Good food and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The hotel had free Wi-Fi and was located in a peaceful area surrounded by trees.

The hotel was too far from the congress center which made transportation difficult. The hotel looked a bit run down and some taxi drivers had trouble finding it.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel for the conclusion of our holiday in Morocco. The location, about a 15-minute taxi ride from the city center, was perfect for us as it offered a quiet and peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel staff was friendly and professional, always ready to assist us with any inquiries or requests. The room we had was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a big comfy bed and a terrace offering a great view of the swimming pool. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, with endless gardens filled with palm and mandarine trees. We also loved the multiple swimming pools, allowing us to have privacy and relaxation.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay at this place. We highly recommend it to others who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel with top-notch service.
